Maintenance Technician About the company: AllView Real Estate is a full-service Real Estate Investment and Property Management Company located in Newport Beach, CA. AllView Real Estate manages a portfolio of hundreds of properties across Orange County and Los Angeles. About the job: We are seeking a seasoned maintenance technician who has experience with single family home and apartment maintenance for our Orange County locations. The company provides a fully stocked 2022 Ford Transit and utilizes a project management and scheduling software for all jobs. Team members get full access to our office and company resources for all projects. All team members also get monthly $85/ month personal stipends for health-related expenses such as gym memberships and haircuts. • Perform the following general maintenance tasks as required: minor carpentry, painting, drywall repair, ceiling tiles/grid repair/replacement, wallpaper repair, flooring/base repair, minor concrete repair, etc. • Perform repairs of lighting, restroom/kitchen plumbing, minor electrical, door/lock repair, appliance repair/troubleshoot • Perform repair and replacement of plumbing fixtures, faucets, and valves • Inspect homes and grounds for malfunctioning equipment. • Report all known safety hazards, equipment issues and customer concerns. • Maintain all work areas in a clean and safe manner. • Complete other facility maintenance duties as required/assigned. • Respond quickly to emergency situations. • Proactive, forward-thinker who demonstrates initiative to get the job done Qualifications: • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel residents • High School diploma or equivalent required • 2 years minimum experienced preferred Compensation and Benefits ● $27.00 per hour ● Annual performance bonuses ● 2 weeks paid vacation ● Medical benefits ● Monthly stipend for health and wellness ● Bi-annual team outings
