Each brand offers a unique product to meet the needs of various consumers. Job Description: Cels Enterprises, Inc. is currently seeking a hands-on individual to fill our immediate need for a Warehouse Lead. This position will report directly to the Chief Logistics Officer (CLO) and will work with closely with the Sales Team and Customer Service. This is an opportunity with room for growth within the organization. Responsibilities: • Supervising the warehouse team of 25+ employees • Knowledge of warehouse software systems (WMS), including but not limited to, bar coding and scanning, inventory control, order processing and shipping/receiving • Experience with cycle count inventory management • Good computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word) • Assist in evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity • Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods • Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy • Able to lift 50lbs • Performing regular inspections of warehouse grounds • Must be comfortable in a business environment where flexibility and change are constant Qualifications: • High School diploma/GED required • Degree in business, management, logistics or related field a plus • Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position • Time management skills and the ability to delegate • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus Cels also offers a generous benefit package including medical, dental and vision.
