Jr. Field Service Technician – Industrial Laundry Equipment Benefits: Competitive Pay Including OT (1.5 times pay) and Emergency (2 times pay) Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Medical Vacation, Personal, and Sick Days 401K and Employer Match Responsibilities of the role: • Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance, repair, installation of Washers/Dryers and Ironers • Second set of hands on 2 person repair jobs • Apply foundation in Mechanics and/or electrical and be taught how to apply to Laundry Equipment installation/repair • Make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts • Taking pride in your work by keeping equipment clean—a quick, yet impactful, part of our Best-in-Class service. • Accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job • Quick responses, timely solutions, and excellent customer service • Maintaining a stock of parts in your company vehicle so you’re always prepared to provide a quick solution, and caring for your vehicle as if it were your own • Communicate effectively with service manager, parts department, and customers to facilitate accurate work product Requirements: • Mechanically inclined • Experience in manufacturing, laundry, automotive or other mechanical background • Fundamental understanding of controls and plumbing • Valid driver's license and clean driving record • Excellent English speaking skills • Ability to troubleshoot • Professional demeanor • Able to lift 50 – 100 Lbs.
