Hi, we have an vacation rental with min 30 day stays and 3 units in Los Feliz, near Griffith Park. We need a team of 2 who understands that its either clean or not clean. Cleaning top to bottom, some windows, can use a window blade properly, deep cleaning and attention to detail. Can maintain the home and do spring cleaning projects as needed. Also a check list and restocking list to be done, changing beds, restocking for guest turnover. It’s a bit different from residential cleaning. Pay $20/hr, contract 10-99, we will know check out days in advance. Rotation of 3 units. Ideal for a mom with kids in school etc. You must have some innate sense of cleaning, enjoy cleaning and the end result, be able to follow a checklist and let us know what’s needed in the house and be observant. To be able to think proactively... The 4 bedroom units expected to take 6-8hrs to complete, the smaller unit maybe 4 hrs total so could be done by one person.
