Also need ongoing maintenance person: Will be performing swamp cooler maintenance and repair, installing kitchen faucets, sink drains, unclog drains, repair water heaters, troubleshoot wall heaters, etc. Experience in rental turnovers. Perform trash-out service, get units rent-ready by deep cleaning and repairing any issues; check smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, check plumbing, repair leaks or clogged drains, etc. Patch and repair holes, change door hardware, prep and paint units as necessary.
