In need of a professional Plumber/Handy Man to clean out basement (mostly old bicycles) and connect boiler. Floor in kitchen, hallway and bedroom needs to be ripped up and replaced with linoleum. Kitchen, hall and bedroom also needs repainting and toilet hose need to be connected so it can flush. There are other odds jobs available in the home if interested in earning additional cash. The home is being renovated and is not currently occupied. All materials for renovation will be paid for by family. The job is in Plainfield, NJ and would begin this week/weekend.The pay is $1300 cash when job is completed and additional cash for any other work you are asked to complete while on location.
