Kinetic Sports Medicine will be at Performance Running Outfitters to talk about making the most out of your hip strengthening exercises! Have you been doing mini-band exercises to strengthen your glutes, but either feel the burn somewhere else or not at all!? No need to panic! Join us for an interactive workshop where we'll discuss the importance of hip strength and how you can properly use your mini-bands to improve it! Having strong hips can be very important for pain reduction and injury prevention, so come learn tips for better glute activation and some new exercises too! This workshop is after our 9am flapjack fun run. Kinetic Staff will also be on site after the talk to do some brief assessments! We'd love to share a run with you !
