Her journey in business lead her to a Chief Marketing Officer role with a financial institution in Neenah, WI. Karri oversaw all aspects of marketing and sales strategies within the insitution including branding, digital and print marketing, data analytics, television, radio, CRM management and so much more. Karri took a shift in industries and found herself in the real estate industry working for the #1 team in the State of WI as the sales and marketing manager. She then worked for a large brokerage firm in various positions leading teams and running the brokerage. It was then when BrightSpots was launched.
