Vendor Registration! Lents Holiday Pop-Up Market: Vendor RegistrationDATES: Saturday, December 18th + Sunday, December 19th TIME: 11:00am - 6:00pm daily LOCATION: Lents Commons, 9101 SE Foster Road, Portland, OR. Please register by selecting the date(s) and purchasing your tickets ASAP!FAQ: IS THERE A FEE TO BECOME A VENDOR? Yes. The vendor fee is $30 a day or $50 for both days to be a vendor. This fee covers the table & chair rental and compensates event staff. WHAT IS PROVIDED IN MY STALL? 1 table and 1 chair. You need to bring your own linen, signage, and extra chairs. WHAT IF I WANT TO BRING MY OWN TABLE & CHAIRS? Please feel free to bring your own set-up that will fit within an 8ft stall. WILL THERE BE WIFI? No. AM I REQUIRED TO WEAR MY MASK THE ENTIRE TIME? Yes. We will have masks available. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN I BRING WITH ME? Please limit your crew to yourself and one other person. WHAT IS YOUR INSURANCE POLICY? We have event insurance but we are not responsible for stolen or damaged merchandise. Please be mindful of what you choose to leave overnight if you are vending both days. WHAT TIME IS LOAD-IN? We will reach out to schedule a load-in time with you. Expect to load-in between the hours of 9:30AM-10:45AM each morning. We will have helpers on site. WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION? There is free parking all around but no parking lot. We will have some reserved spots near the entrance for load-in and load-out only. About the event: The Lents Holiday Pop-Up Market is a free, community-organized event showcasing local businesses and encouraging our community to shop small & locally this holiday season. This holiday event will be a two-day neighborhood activation & holiday experience filled with local vendor shopping, DIY gift wrapping, live music, and access to food & beverage specials at various local bars & restaurants! There will also be an after-party with live music at Zoigalhaus Brewing Company [The Zed] from 7pm-10pm!
