Load a Dumpster, Empty a Garage, Load & Unload a Vehicle

I need One or Two people to work with me, or each other, and follow my instructions. This project will be going on during the next 2- 3 weeks, depending on progress and limitations; not working every day. First pick for hire will be anyone that has a vehicle, and can pick me up in Suffern, 4 miles away & take me back, when the work is done for the day. Sometimes I might get there & or back, from a friend. Flexible hours, between 10 am- 10 pm, as long as we can get at least 4 to 6 hours of solid work done for the day, (or more if you feel like), at a reasonable pace; take breaks as needed. Get paid at end of work day. Also, looking to hire anyone with a cargo van or pick-up truck, that can be used, to: take a load of scrap metal to recycle, and move boxes, bins, some larger heavy items, etc., about 3 miles to other location. Roof racks a plus for some long items- a few pieces of 20' long lumber, aluminum extension ladders, (I need to find a place to store the ladders, for a monthly fee or in exchange to use them, until I decide to sell them.). I have for sale a broken down '94 Ford E250 cargo van, with some new replacement parts, or will sell just the roof racks (3 bars), and metal partition wall; both from American Van, plus a tow hitch- all need to be removed from the van. Or 3- Both. I will only be able to do Some of the lifting, or help with big items, because I'm out of shape, and already had to recover a day or two, from the lifting I did, before I could do any more. Thanks.
