Description

Live fire cooking and handcrafted Desert Door cocktails combine at BRUTØ on Saturday, December 18th starting at 12pm. We’ve partnered up with Dairy Block restaurant for a holiday event you won’t want to miss. Meet their chef at the Robata Grill for delectable bites, then head to their bar to try a Desert Door holiday cocktail on us— while supplies last. We’re thrilled to be partnering with the local chef-driven spot, and in the spirit of giving— we’re giving away a very special handcrafted surprise for the first 50 people to sign up. Limit one per customer, and you must be present to claim. -- About BRUTØ The heart of BRUTØ lies in our hearth, a live fire sustained by oak wood and manned by our chefs from open to close each and every day. You’ll find that our menu is centered around core ingredients, curated thoughtfully and carefully in a way that encourages little to no waste between our tasting counter, our bar program, and BØH’s alleyway. BRUTØ offers the rare opportunity to witness each and every step in the culinary process up close. We encourage interaction at every moment and believe that food is meant to be unabashedly enjoyed, delighted in, and savored. Ask questions, share experiences, reminisce! Tradition gives way to innovation when passionate people seek to become a part of tradition itself. BRUTØ is located inside of Free Market on the Dairy Block of downtown Denver. The BRUTØ dining room consists of a fourteen seat chef's counter that faces into our open concept kitchen. Make a reservation to join us for our seven-course Omakase-style tasting menu dinner inspired by Latin and Global cuisines. Desert Door is a craft distiller of a premium and unique Texas spirit known as Texas sotol. Our liquor is made from the sotol plant which we wild-harvest all across Texas, from Driftwood to Marfa. Sotol was the first alcoholic beverage ever consumed by humans in Texas 800 years ago, and the plant has been in use for over 13,000 years. Our sotol is smoother than whiskey, less smokey than mezcal, and it doesn’t burn like tequila.
