Looking for a helper who LIVES in the East Oahu area. The little jobs (often less than 30 minutes) I need done would not make it worth a longer drive. The odd jobs I have are sporadic and will not interfere with your regular job. You could do them after work or on weekends. This is mixed side work. It could be anything: mostly small stuff like replacing hardware in a toilet, hanging a picture, assembling furniture or doing some touch up painting. I live in a small condo, lots of guest parking for your truck or van. A range of ability is helpful, and you will need your own tools. I, of course, will pay for any supplies needed for a job. As I said, it is best if you live in the area -- more convenient for you and for me. My last Handyman (4 years) lived minutes away, and it was a good arrangement -- but he moved his family to Texas. Please email back and let me know how much you would charge (labor) to change the flush mechanism on a toilet. The arm and chain are rusted away and need replacing.
