Looking for housing

Hi! We are a couple looking for a unique situation. We are extremely flexible and open to a lot of different arrangements, but are looking for an apartment, house, cottage, guest house (basically anything that gives us a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom that isn’t in someone else’s house), for us and our adult dog, a 45 lb fully grown and potty/crate trained black lab. He works full time as a COO of a large company. I own my own one-woman company and work remotely full time, and both have a hefty savings. I am hoping to find a studio, one bedroom, house, or larger place to rent, but am also willing to barter services in exchange. Fixing up the place, or taking you on as a client at my company (I do digital marketing and social media marketing for small and large businesses). I have references, both professional and rental. My boyfriend has experience and his company does construction so he has references for that as well. Good credit score as well. We have no criminal history, do not smoke or drink and do not have children. I’m 26, and hes 34, so a bit out of our college years as well. We are just waiting for the market to get a little calmer so we can buy a house of our own. We are willing to rent to own, and willing to sublet, barter, really open to all offers. Can also pay several months up front if necessary. As for location, ideally Oswego or Wolcott, but I would consider Fulton as well.
