Our Lead Maintenance is to effectively initiate and manage the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as well as the make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives. The Lead Maintenance is expected to take an active, hands-on approach to the completion of duties as well as to facilitate the development and performance of others. Responsibilities/Competencies: Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance/repair involving the following on a daily basis: • Electrical and plumbing • A/C and heating systems • Interior and exterior lights • Fireplaces, chimneys • Appliance repair • Ceiling leaks/Sheetrock Repair (required) Experience: Relevant: 3 years (Required) Must have CPO Lead Maintenance: 3 years (Required) HVAC: 3 years (Required) License: EPA Certification (Required) Benefits: • Medical, Dental, Vision • 401K • Paid Holidays and PTO • Renewal Commissions Job Type: Full-time Salary: $22.00 /hour
