Our Company is growing and we are seeking an ASSISTANT FIELD SUPERVISOR to work with the Operations Manager to help oversee new construction projects and personnel. We work for luxury custom home builders throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas providing drywall and finish out services. Duties will include (but not limited to): * Help supervise and oversee construction personnel for jobsites * Traveling from jobsite to jobsite periodically (within San Antonio & surrounding areas) to ensure work is in progress and deadlines are being met. * Ensure all safety practices are being enforced * Communicating progress to the Operations Manager * When needed, help load / unload material Qualifications: *Bilingual preferred *Must have dependable transportation *Must have superb leadership capabilities *Must have great organizational skills *Must be in good physical condition This is a Monday - Friday position ( some Saturdays if needed but rarely ) Company phone and uniforms will be provided as well as a fuel card. Interviews will be conducted on project jobsites Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
