Hello I am a property owner in Jacksonville. I am looking for someone to help with renovations for my rental property. If all goes well I promise future work. I will list all I would like to get done with the property. If you are qualified to do some things & not others that is fine just state what you would like to do & your price either per hour, per day or per job. I dislike in person quotes because of the time commitment and pressure to close but if you would like you can come by but I will not answer you in person. I can provide as many pictures, videos, & information as needed via text or email. I can pay for materials. I can pay end of day or end of job. I will not pay before work is done and I will not pay a substantial amount before the equivalent of work is done. I will not respond to emails of just your phone number and asking me to call you. Please list your qualifications, references, price, availability etc. After evaluating this information I will call you. You may ask me work related questions as well as references. List Of Work To Be Done - I had someone tile the bathroom in the process they ripped out wood in front of the bathroom door. I would like for the space to resemble the rest of the surrounding wood. I tried to match the wood but the floor is too old. dimensions of the planks are 5/8 thick, 2 1/4 wide, 24 inches long. I plan on painting the floor. -Make Wi-Fi cable look professional. I want it to hug the exterior walls, and enter the home looking in a professional manner. -Seal up holes in ac closet from the crawl space up. Whenever I have rat problems they come from here. I have no rat problem currently but I have in the past years and want to avoid them in the future. -Check out rotting trust and give them support only if needed. I have some rotting trusts in the home and I would like to prevent this problem before it becomes a problem. -Replace Facia on upper floor with hardie board. It is a Duplex built on brick and on top of the brick there is wood. This wood appears to be rotting. I would like to remove this wood and replace it with wrap and hardie board. Then have this Hardie board painted. -Paint downstairs living room and hallway -Water seal downstairs living room and hallway 3x (waiting bottle recommend waiting period for each coat) Must have ✅ Own all required tools ✅ Have 3 references of local property owners that you have worked for ✅ Experience in field ✅ Accepts Cashapp or Zelle ✅ Cleans their work space ✅ Protects surrounding items from damage ✅ Do everything up to legal code ✅ Valid ID (I ask for copy of Id because I do not live in Jacksonville & will be monitoring work remotely) ✅ Work until end of job Good to have Open Availability within the next 3 days Local I ideally would like to start soon after 2-3 days filtering applicants.
