Non-Phamily Members $35 Winter is a season of drawing in, of introspection, of fully appreciating the pause as the earth stills and sleeps. Solstice brings an opportunity to briefly dwell in the liminal space between seasons, between the year that is coming to a close and the one waiting in the wings. Liminal space is a place of transition, of waiting, of not knowing, but also of transformation. Come join us for a mindful flow practice and meditation that honors and celebrates that in-between space. There will be an opportunity to journal, or simply reflect, on where we have been spending our energy, what has been nourishing (or not so nourishing) for us, and what changes we might want to make in the year ahead. After the practice, we will have an amazing opportunity to 2 - 3 tea tasting, hosted by Ekoshiz Tea - an artisan tea blender specializing in creating hand-blended, earthy, warm, rich, and well-balanced teas that entice you to slow down for a moment and appreciate the world around you.
