GOGI WODIE PIZZA
Hand tossed, long fermented sourdough pizza. Hand marinated Korean bulgogi beef, red & green onions, mozzarella, gochujang garlic cream, handmade kimchi aioli, sesame & Korean gochugaru pepper flakes.
SQUASHROOM PIZZA
Hand tossed, long fermented sourdough pizza. Roasted butternut squash, brown butter sage, porcini garlic cream, whipped ricotta, truffle balsamic glaze. (Vegetarian)
About HapaZa:
HapaZa was founded in 2020 by Oakland native Frank Ahn Baumgartner. A tough year for us all no doubt, his obsession with trying to create the best pizza in The Town kept him busy, happy and connected with friends and family. Frank's made over 1500 pizzas, donated to Fire Victims and social causes, and "popped-up" at bars, restaurants and private parties. He's still happily and thankfully employed as an architect, but will make a pizza any chance he gets!
