Homeless Outreach to HELP our "Friends on the Street" Volunteer on Saturday, December 18 from 9 AM to 12 PM. We have started a “GO FUND ME” page: https://gofund.me/5a5aad11 to collect donations to purchase food gift cards of $10-$15 each from places like Subway, Dunkin’ Donuts, and McDonald’s. They even have iHop and Denny's gift cards. We will be feeding our "Friends on the Street" to get a warm meal and take a brief break from the Chicago weather this holiday season. Leticia Andrade became licensed as an Illinois Real Estate Broker in 2005 and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Born and raised in Chicago, Leticia has an in-depth knowledge of the diverse neighborhoods in the Chicago market. Leticia’s strong work ethic led her to have successful careers with State Farm Insurance, Countrywide Home Loans, and JP Morgan Chase Bank. She discovered her affinity for real estate with the purchase of her first home at the age of 23. Currently, she is a highly respected professional in the Chicago real estate market. She is actively involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors, Young Professionals Network, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and Real Estate to the Rescue. Leticia is an Accredited Buyers’ Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. She has also obtained a designation as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource.
