FRIENDSHIP GOLF OUTING #8 Join us on Saturday, January 22, 2022 for Friendship Golf Outing #8. Located just below Lake Mission Viejo in California, Oso Creek Golf Course is only a thirty-minute drive from Orange County’s major cities. Designed by Ted Robinson in 1970 with underground springs and mountain runoff feeding two streams that weave between nearly every hole, the 3,760-yard course is an enchanting and refreshing escape from bustling Southern California life. Our updated Andalusian style clubhouse has a relaxed comfortable setting perfectly set to host a variety of specialty golf groups, and impeccable service makes Oso Creek Golf Course the ideal locale for your tournament fundraiser, office retreat, or simply an enjoyable day on the greens.The tournament format will be a a two-person Scramble: Each person hits from the tee. The team then chooses the best of the two drives, and then picks up the other ball and takes it out of play. The players move to the position of the better drive for the team's next shot. Continue using the same format for each shot until holed out.A minimum of 4 tee shots must be used by each player. Teams will be put together based on handicaps to get in the true spirit of "friendship"Prize payouts will be: First, Second and Third teams*Prize payout will be adjusted for player count. This is an independent outing not associated with any other club. As such, players will assume the registration fee associated with purchasing a ticket.
