Jeremiah Program Austin is launching Propel, a young professional group! We are looking for young professionals who want to build leadership skills, gain non-profit experience, network and give back to the community. This is a unique opportunity to join the vast population of other professional Austinites involved in the non-profit sector. Propel engages ambitious young professionals and emerging leaders through fundraising, volunteerism and professional development. Join us for a Happy Hour at Last Straw to learn more about Propel, Jeremiah Program and how you can get involved to help end the cycle of poverty for families two generations at a time. Jeremiah Program’s mission is to disrupt the cycle of poverty for single mothers and their children two generations at a time. A nationally recognized organization that prepares single mothers to succeed in the workforce, ready their children to succeed in school. Jeremiah helps families through; support for a career- track college education, safe and affordable housing, high-quality early childhood education, empowerment and life skills training, and a supportive community.
