Universal Meditation Method from Shaman During this class Shaman will be teaching you the core meaning and energy at the center of meditation. She will be using her crystal singing bowls as she leads you in various phases of the meditation. If you have never meditated before, don't worry! You will still be able to connect because the method that Shaman teaches for meditation is universal. Dress Code: Come dress very comfortably with no metal on please. If you have piercings that is fine you can leave them in if you cannot remove them. Metal causes static as Shaman is moving the energy within you. Please Note: Shaman will be teaching this class remotely. She will be able to see all of you and you will be able to see her and communicate with her as well. She is able to see and heal your energy no matter where she is in the world and she will be communicating with your angels as well. Only those her attend this class in the Crystal Healing Room will receive messages and guidance. All of our events are fundraisers to support our Indigo Camp.
