10 week series incorporating the necessary tools and knowledge of nutrition, physical activity, and stress management to become a new you! Join us for a 10 week series that focuses on incorporating the necessary tools and knowledge of nutrition, physical activity, and stress management to help participants succeed in becoming a new healthier, happier you. The series starts January 10. Meeting will be offered virtually or in person every Tuesday from 12pm-1pm. Weekly weigh in times will also be offered to track your progress.   The Columbia County UF/IFAS Extension Service provides practical education you can trust, to help people, businesses and communities solve problems, develop skills and build a better future.
