This is a 5 course exclusive menu paired perfectly with Spearfish Brewing Beer. 2 to 3 limited edition beers from Spearfish brewing that are debuting at this event and may not be available for some time after! So get them while you can! We will be starting the event off with a presentation about fermentation, preservation and pickling by Nate Venner. To compliment this vibrant discussion we will have a special Charcuterie board put together by Chef Kyle, Chef Adam and Brewmaster Nate Venner.
