The Warehouse Coordinator must be/have: • A Valid Driver’s License and a Good Driving Record • Able to Pass a Drug Test and a Background Check • Be well organized, a self-starter that is hard working • Must be punctual and have a great work ethic • Know how to Prioritize their workload • Be Adaptable/Flexible to changes in daily schedule due to issues beyond one’s control • Must be able to lift 50lbs • Must be able to read Bill of Ladings • Must be able to read a measuring tape and measure accurately • Knowledge of how to operate a forklift would be helpful. We will train. • Work with Delivery Drivers/Contractors/Public/Salespersons/Installers/Manufacture Reps The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for: • Driving to Spokane to Pick-up and Drop off Materials • Shipping of all samples and any other items needing to be shipped via UPS, USPS etc. • Receiving, tagging and putting away all deliveries • Helping with the Quarterly Inventory of the warehouse • Getting all flooring jobs cut and staged ready for the installers to pick up the next day • Keeping the warehouse clean, neat and organized each and everyday • Working with Team Members and Installers • Working closely with Order Dept. on Receiving and Ordering of Stocked Materials
