Found black dog

F street, Spokane WA

Description

I found a stray dog running around the Whittier Park area. It looks like the dog might be a Black Norwegian Elkhound but I’m not sure. The dog had a harness but no leash and a collar with a name tag. I chased the dog all around the neighborhood (apologies to whoever’s yard I ran through) trying to get a look at the name and number but the dog was so skittish I lost them. I couldn’t get a great photo but I hope it’s enough to help the owner identify their lost dog.
