Toy Giveaway & COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination Clinic | Saturday, December 18, 2021 Join us for our Annual Toy Giveaway event for San Bernardino County residents!For the latest news on the event follow us @CAPSBCCommunity Action Partnership of San Bernardino County is partnering with IEHP and Kaiser Permanente to giveaway toys and household items this holiday season. In addition, Covid-19 and flu vaccines will be available for the local community. The eligibility requirements for households are as follows: 1. You must pre-register by December 16th at 5:00 p.m. to be served 2. Must be a resident of San Bernardino County 3. Up to 5 toys per household 4. Must qualify using the income guidelines below When filling out your registration form, you will be asked to pick ONE of 8 time slots to help us reserve your spot. The venue of the event will be emailed to all registrants that successfully complete the registration form and are eligible according to the set income guidelines. COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination ClinicDuring the event, CAPSBC will be hosting a COVID-19 and flu vaccination clinic. All unvaccinated San Bernardino County residents are highly encouraged to attend. As a reminder, COVID-19 vaccines are FREE regardless of one's immigration and/or health insurance status, or income. Available Vaccines: 1. Pfizer - for ages 5+, 1st & 2nd dose and boosters 2. Moderna - for ages 18+, 1st & 2nd dose and boosters 3. J & J - for ages 18+, 1st & 2nd dose and boosters 4. Pfizer - for ages 5+, 1st dose and boosters *Boosters for adults 18+ only **Parents must be present for minor(s) to receive vaccines The vaccination clinic is open to the public HOWEVER the toy giveaway is for registered participants, there is no guarantee that space would be available for unregistered guests.Although we have limited tickets for this event, we have more opportunities to serve you and your family!
