Drawing upon the wisdom of ancient mind-body practices, Dahn Mu Do is gentle enough for any beginner, yet powerful enough to challenge even the highest level of athlete. Dahn Mu Do literally means "the way to limitless energy." In this 1-hour class, Master Panida will guide you through basic forms that will allow you to balance your Yin and Yang energies, accumulate qi energy, and experience free-flowing energy. You will feel your stress released, more relaxed, more peaceful and physically warmer and lighter. This is a low-impact martial art with amazing benefits suitable for all ages and levels. No experience needed. Beginners can join at any time.
