Steepologie Teas We are looking for a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Team Member. This role would require: -A dedicated and organized individual that can help our fast growing company produce, ship and organize product Essential Functions: • Follow work instructions- Reading labels to expedite the production process, understand and communicate paperwork and labels/ picking list. • Ensure correct and complete labels are attached to all orders processed • Inspecting product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues. • Prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup according to schedule and/or sales order. • Help with ensuring correct material is pulled and loaded on our truck for delivery or customer pick up. • Document/Record selected merchandise in accordance with standard operating procedures • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers • Operate and preventively maintain warehouse equipment • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations • Work in accordance with all warehouse safety regulations • Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed. • Other duties as assigned by the upper management Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for much of the day. Ability to lift 5-25 pounds frequently and ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. This person needs to be focused and fast-paced, must be over the age of 18 and MUST have a driver’s license with clean driving record. This role requires a lot of movement and physically lifting around 50 lbs of product. The Team Member must be okay to lift, bend, and be on their feet for the majority of the day. This is a position that requires an individual to be able to work on their own in a warehouse setting with one other team member. Pay is $16 per hour plus Medical, Dental and Vision For F/T Team Members! Low deductible plan company pays 75% of plan! Up to $1000 quarterly bonus.
