Rolled or sprayed, your choice, but we don't provide a sprayer. Rental house needs inside painted - all flat white - ceiling, walls and trim (except that which won't be painted, like kitchen cabinets, stained trim and doors etc.). We provide paint and rollers/brushes, if needed. Patch two or three holes in walls.
