The Barley Hound New Year's Eve Tradition is back! Come Celebrate with us Studio 54 style! The Barley Hound New Year’s Tradition is back! Each year we take you on an adventure, both culinarily and in style. In 2015 we ran through a 10 course culinary tour de force, 2016 brought a throwback to Gatsby’s decadent parties, and in 2017 we feasted like it was 1499! 2018 we celebrated Cuba with Havana Nights, and in 2019 we 'dined for the stars'... and in 2020... well, let's just forget about that year. This year we invite you to step into an evening inspired by Studio 54. Food will be brought to you by Prescott-Famous Chef Tony Burris, drinks and music curated by GM Sarah Burke-Gomez, all gently inspired by Studio 54. The world-famous Studio 54 nightclub, located in Midtown Manhattan, has been the subject of fascination and revery for over five decades. What better way to knock the pandemic off of us than a nod to the decadent den in NYC. THE 5:30pm seating - A NIGHT ON THE TOWN: - 5 course meal featuring Chef Tony's take on decadence and excess. - Cocktails, Beer, Wine, and Champagne pairing menu with each and every course (you won't leave thirsty) - A cigar for your stroll out to your next stop, The County Seat. - Enjoy a cocktail, included in the price with the best view of the boot drop at our sister restaurant, The County Seat. - No, your night isn't done yet, Dico over to The Point, where you are guaranteed entry into Prescott's toughest to get in to spot, (no waiting in line for you, right to the front) - Seating will be community style, great for any size group - PRICE INCLUDES, GRATUITY, FOOD, DRINK, - Space is very limited so get your tickets now! Barley Hound opened in May of 2015. With a large dog friendly patio, welcoming casual atmosphere, and outstanding food and drinks it has quickly become one of Prescott’s favorite restaurants. The menu aims to please adventurous eaters as well as having some great familiar items. House ground chuck cheeseburgers and fries are just as at home on our menu as are sweetbreads and bone marrow. The menu changes four times per year due to our heavy reliance on local produce. The beverage program takes the lead from the dinner menu and focuses on local and fresh. We offer eight Arizona craft beers on draft, a small and eclectic wine list, an extensive spirits list, as well as classic cocktails made with fresh squeezed juices. Barley Hound aims to be at the forefront of the culinary experience while maintaining a welcoming and casual small town vibe.
