An evening of African-style praise and worship with local Liberian artist, Teah Neepaye - The Seeker! The Music Factory welcomes Teah Neepaye for the first time to Music Factory for an evening of Praise and Worship! Teah is a Liberian Gospel Recording artist. He is a worship leader and the Founder of Seekers Worship Ministries – a worship ministry that focuses on Mentoring and Discipleship amongst the body of Jesus Christ. Additionally, he is a guitarist, music publisher, minister, Activist, father and mentor and is known for his unique style of "ReggaeZouk". Teah is a founding member of the Bosco Beat Band-1993-2000, a group that helped in the nation building peace process during the civil war in Liberia. Teah was the Director of Music of the Christopolis Christian Center in Liberia 2000-2009 putting together a mass choir that grew the congregation to over 600 people during that period of time. https://humble2.org In 2010, Teah migrated to the United States and eventually became the director of Music and Worship leader of the Conquerors Christian Center (Tri-C)-Crystal, Minnesota up to present. He is a member of the Liberian Gospel Musician Association, Liberian Association of Gospel Musical Artists and many more. Teah has written over 10 songs – most of which have been recorded on several CD’s, Youtube, ITunes, Apple Music and many more. Teah also leads Worship Revival in various congregations throughout the year and has been a guest minister at several national music conferences and concerts, including New Destiny Fellowship of Churches Int'l and Joint College of Bishops and Apostles Minnesota, 2019. Besides leading the Seekers Worship Ministries, Teah also is involved in humanitarian and volunteer services in Liberia and the United States-St. Paul, Minnesota. Teah and his wife, Frankcia, have been married and ministering together since 2018 and have four children. They live in St. Paul, Minnesota. Seating is general admission. Tickets are $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the door. Advanced ticket pricing is available until 7PM. Doors open at 7:30 PM. There will be coffee, tea, hot cider, soft drinks and packaged snacks available during the event. The Music Factory is located on the 2nd floor of the Historic Old Milk Factory on the Rum River - which is not a handicapped accessible building and there are some stairs to climb. Heart of the City Ministries is a 501(c)3 non-profit Christian music ministry. Founded by Dan and Sandy Adler in 1996, this ministry has been focused on bringing a message, model and experience of multi-ethnic worship music and Biblical unity through the multi-ethnic Heart of the City Band. Heart of the City has performed hundreds of concerts in as many settings both in the Twin Cities area and in other areas around the country. As of the Summer of 2018, after over two years of fundraising and renovation, a new expression of Heart of the City Ministries was born in the form of the Heart of the City Music Factory. This venue is both the recording studio and rehearsal space for the Heart of the City Band and also a concert venue and event center that can be rented out. The vision of the concert series is to continue to model and bring people together across ethnic lines through high quality concerts featuring diverse styles of music as well as other forms of entertainment.
