We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented & customer service focused individual to join our team as a Water Damage Restoration Field Technician. The responsibilities of the Field Technician include assessing damaged properties to see what can be saved, remove/demo and clean areas affected by loss of Water, Mold, and Fire. To be successful as a Restoration Technician, you should be physically fit, have a keen sense of understanding of the Water Damage Restoration Industry. Technician Responsibilities: • Must be able to Assess damaged properties; report finding to the Office Staff, Insurance Adjusters, and Clients • Must have knowledge in removing materials, such as drywall, baseboards, flooring, carpet, etc. affected by the loss • Understanding of Drying Out affected areas and Water Extractions • Must have a strong sense of Understanding & Explanation of service to Clients • Must have experience in complying with Industry Standards and Insurance Standards when servicing homes • Adhering to personal safety standards by wearing the appropriate protective gear and using the right equipment • Excellent working knowledge of Hand Tools & Power Tools for demolition of affected areas; Blowers, Vacuums, Hepa Filtration Systems, Saws, Drills, etc. • Strong Communication, Listening, and Interpersonal skills. • Good math skills • Previous experience in the Water Damage Restoration Industry IS REQUIRED
