*** On-the-Spot Interviews: Wednesday, December 15th 12pm - 5pm with Cristal*** The Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for the upkeep of property grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential apartments. The Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper is a representative of the property and should conduct themselves in a professional, welcoming and helpful manner. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: • Maintains curb appeal of the property by picking up waste and debris • Removes trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis • Report any safety or maintenance concerns to the Property Manager immediately • Check all gates and entry code boxes to ensure proper function and working order • Ensure walkways and staircases are free from objects and debris • Maintain daily Model Unit set up and ensure it’s tour ready at all times • Open and Close pool and pool area daily • Rake playground pebbles to ensure that the area is free from glass or sharp objects • Maintain pet waste stations and keep property grounds free of pet waste • Inspection of leasing offices, fitness center, community restrooms and clubhouses for maintenance concerns such as lighting, plumbing, HVAC, security, etc and report all issues to Property Manager • Ensure that all bulk or large trash items are placed in the designated areas for bi-weekly pick up • Represent the community in a professional manner at all times • Other duties as assigned ---> Apply Here: *** On-the-Spot Interviews: Wednesday, December 15th 12pm - 5pm with Cristal*** Must be authorized to work in the US.
