Press release from the Tampa International Airport: December 06, 2021 TPA's General Aviation Senior Manager Marilyn Gauthier is bringing more aviation to the Airport as the Vice President of the Tampa Bay Aviation Association.  Tampa Bay Aviation Association, founded in 2010, has contributed to our local community and aviation industry through donations, education and networking. Not only is the association a great networking opportunity for businesses and aviators alike, the association also focuses heavily on giving back to the surrounding community. "Over my 25 year tenure at Tampa International Airport, I have been fortunate enough to form priceless connections with many people in aviation," said Marilyn Gauthier. "Through TBAA, I'm able to not only foster those connections, but also give back to the Tampa Bay community." Throughout the 11 years the association has been in operation, they have donated $75,000 to Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, and this year's Safety Day supported the Aerospace Center for Excellence. Most recently, TBAA hosted a holiday celebration, Thursday Dec. 2nd, to benefit the Broadway Magic Foundation raising $2,000 in its honor.
