I paid a rehoming fee for a chihuahua pup ahead of time. I thought the people seemed trustworthy. They took my money and never answered a text again. That pup was for my widowed mom who really wants a chihuahua pup. That is all she talks about. She has had a hard time with my dad's death. I do not have as much money after losing some to the scammers. I teach kindergarten and have a limited budget. I would love to find an affordable chihuahua pup for her for Christmas. I woud be so appreciative. I can promise the pup will be loved abundantly.
