Come join us at POST for an exclusive cookies & cocktail class taught by our bartenders! Have you ever wanted to learn a new skill to impress your friends or family at the next holiday get together? What about TWO skills in ONE class? Then come join us at POST for an exclusive cookie decorating AND cocktail class hosted by Lacie Ranae (The Cookie Cutter) and Tyler Sayers (no introduction needed ;). Not only will you learn the basics of decorating sugar cookies with royal icing, but you will also learn how to use all the different tools with proper techniques used by bartenders. For this class, you’ll receive your own personal box with three different un-iced holiday themed cookies along with multiple bags of different colored icing for you to decorate with! We’ll be learning a couple of different decorating techniques you’ll be able to master and create at home like “wet-on-wet” and “feathering.” In between decorating, you’ll learn how to properly pour, shake, and razzle-dazzle each crafted cocktail with tips on how to make your own masterpiece at home. We will be spotlighting three different cocktails with ingredients that are used to make each cookie. In true holiday spirit, we will be having two separate raffles that you can enter in to win a dozen fully decorated mini cookies and an ornament drink with all the proceeds going to The Make a Wish Foundation of Mobile.
