Spenard Food Truck Carnival's first Dinner Club! The Spenard Food Truck Carnival is proud to present our first Dinner Club! Featuring: Guy from Gaetano’s Brick Oven Pizza & Babycakes! This exclusive dinner with Appetizers, Entrees, Desserts, Glenlivet pairing, and live music from The Eternal Cowboys! Our buffet style dinner will start at 6:15p with Guy from Gaetano’s Brick Oven Pizza Food Truck. Dinner will have music from The Eternal Cowboys along with a tasting from Glenlivet. Topping off the event will be dessert with cupcakes from Babycakes! MENU: Starters: Caprese Cup - fresh mozzarella, tomato, fresh basil in a lettuce cup with balsamic and olive oil. Beef and Bacon Meatballs with tomato sauce and melted cheese. Entrees: Pork Belly Burnt Ends with a sweet and Smokey sauce. Chicken Marsala with a creamy mushroom Marsala sauce.
