Welift is a moving company that operates much like Doordash and Uber. We have an app with our schedule that movers of "Lifters" use. Lifters can pickup any job that fits their schedule and can treat Welift as a full time job, or just taking gigs whenever their schedule allows it. Welift is based out of Utah, however we are expanding into new markets. In every new market we have "Regional Representatives" that act like full time employees to kickstart the market. As Welift opens up in new areas, Regional Representatives are responsible for being the face of the company in said areas. They are to body all of Welifts cultural values as they complete tasks that the customer requests. They are the bridge between new movers and the company, training new movers on moving techniques, company procedures, and the Welift app. As the area becomes more self-sustaining with the mover count, regional reps move into more of a technical leadership role, in charge of reaching out to new movers and scheduling the jobs, as well as being the backup for any missing mover.
