Oakland based Property Management seeking In-House Handyman/General maintenance that is skilled, professional, and reliable. Must have requirements: * Valid California Driver’s License (You will be driving from job to job within downtown Oakland) *General handyman/maintenance experience: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, troubleshooting, leak detection, installing fixtures, & patching drywall etc… * Your Own Truck/Van * Your Own Tools *Fluent English speaking *Smart Phone to receive calls/text/emails and take clear pictures Primary Responsibilities: * Apartment/Single Family Homes turnover/make-ready * Complete turnovers and work-orders in an effective and timely manner * Work under direction of Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor If you’re interested in learning more about this position, please e-mail your resume.
