How can any sane person claim that there was no insurrection?

We ALL saw it unfold live. We ALL watched it happen. The terrorists who committed the acts have admitted to doing it. We have hundreds of hours of video and thousands of photos tom prove that the insurrection occurred. The real question is; Did Trump incite the insurrection or not? We ALL know that Trump was delighted that it occurred. We are each aware that Trump sat in his office refusing to call the national guard or police backup. Trump watched every moment of it on TV and did nothing. That in itself is a crime of terror agains this nation. We have all seen the footage of Trump and his chumps winding the crowd up prior to the insurrection. Trump supporters will never admit Trump waged an insurrection on his now nation. Trump haters will never believe Trump is innocent of these crimes. Personally, I think Trump will go down for this. I realize Trump is the master of evading prosecution, but I think he will not be able to squirm out of this one.
