Why would anyone raise little Toy Poodle puppies outside. Look what they have to drink the water in both bowls is green. This is pitiful. This is pathetic. If this is the best the breeder can do then why don't they quit, making money not caring about the welfare of the dogs. I am sure their answer will be the dog house has a heat lamp. Doesn't matter they should not be treated this way. I feel sorry for the mother Poodle and the father Poodle too they are stuck in a pen too I bet. I wish someone would go there and see if the parents get to run around and be out of the pen.
