Press release from the Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department: Samantha Bailey December 7th, 2021 The Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department (AVFRD) held their annual elections at their December 2021 Company Meeting.  The meeting was held in person and via Zoom.  The following members were elected to serve the AVFRD for 2022 term: President – Josh Townsend Vice President – Sara Cuschleg Secretary – Christina Hutto Roberts Treasurer – Andrew King Asst Secretary – Donna Stuck Asst Treasurer – Marissa Flora Chief – Bill Graham Assistant Fire Chief – Geoff Davis Assistant Rescue Chief – Michael Walsh The following members were elected to the BOD at Large positions: 3 year term – John Ayres 3 year term – John DeLooper 1 year Past President – Julius Horvath Congratulations to the 2022 Officers who will be sworn in at the Company meeting January 2022.
