AUSTIN, TX — Two months after closing its festivities with a bang, Austin City Limits Music Festival has officially released its dates for 2022. ACL Fest 2022 will take place Oct. 7-9 and Oct. 14-16, organizers announced Tuesday. Pre-sale tickets for the annual music festival at Zilker Park will be at 10 a.m. Thursday. Attendees were required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative virus test result. Some of the headliners for the 2021 festival included Billie Eilish, George Strait, Miley Cyrus, Tyler the Creator, Machine Gun Kelly, Megan Thee Stallion and Doja Cat.
