Neighbor brings many years of experience in sports turf management, project management and municipal park operations to the Marion team. He looks forward to helping employees grow and is excited to build upon the great work of the department. During his professional career, Neighbor has served as the athletic fields and grounds manager for the University of New Mexico, project manager for Mountain West GolfScapes and most recently parks superintendent for the City of Cedar Rapids.
