CAPITOLA, CA — A Capitola took home the $30,000 grand prize in a recent California Lottery competition. Lora C. won the cash prize in addition to an Xbox Series X prize bundle as part of the lottery's Tetris 2nd Chance promotion. Just south of Santa Cruz County, Julie B. of Salinas also won the Xbox prize, though she didn't take home any cash, according to the lottery. Feeling lucky? Californians can swing by a Lottery retailer to enter into the second draw for the Holiday Scratchers 2nd Chance promotion through Dec. 25.
