Work outside for a company that is committed to keeping our employees safe, healthy, and employed during the COVID pandemic! HOA is seeking 3 full-time employees to assist in our Landscaping Department and 1 full-time employee in our Greens Maintenance Department. Experience in the field is preferred but not required as we will train the right individual. Must be willing to work in all types of weather and one weekend day per week. Typical work hours are 8:00 am until 4:00 pm for the Landscaping team. Excellent attendance and punctuality are required. Starting wage is $22.00 per hour DOE. Golf privileges and restaurant discount benefits available. Duties: - Mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging and hand pruning - Safely operate equipment, including but not limited to: 21” and 36” mowers; power hedge shears; power shears; backpack blower; aerator - Regular, on-time attendance Qualifications: - Commercial landscape experience preferred, but not required - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required - Insurable driver’s license a plus, but not required - Can complete tasks in a timely manner and follow directions Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
