SUMMIT, IL — If you're looking to change industries during the worker shortage or a better paying opportunity, over 15 employers and counting will be present at U.S. Rep. Marie Newman's first-ever Winter Job Fest. The job fest runs from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, at the Summit Park Gymnasium, 5700 S. Archer Ave., Summit. Stop by to meet with Southwest Side business owners, who are all in a hiring mood. The job fair is designed to connect residents of Illinois' 3rd Congressional District with businesses, organizations and government agencies that are looking for local talent. Participating organizations include: American Arab Chamber of Commerce ConstructionWorks Greater Southwest Development Corporation Home Run Inn Pizza IBEW Local 134 electricians Illinois Department of Children and Family Services Illinois Department of Revenue Illinois Tollway Peaches Boutique Prospect Airport Services Richard J.
