Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer for our growing high-tech client, located near Clinton, MA.
Responsible for the specification, design, development and documentation of code following Agile methodology for existing products and new product development. May also provide support for the automated build process, testing and quality control.
Must be proficient in C++ with experience in the design and development of software solutions to solve complex scientific problems. Experience with multi-threaded/multi-process applications and knowledge of linear algebra and numerical methods and outstanding communication skills. Knowledge of machine vision toolkits and libraries; QT and QWT frameworks and/or SQL databases and/or experience with hardware is a plus. Some travel to customer and supplier sites is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical field is required. Outstanding recent graduates up to mid-senior level candidates will be considered.
