Looking for a drummer who loves to play! We’d like someone to come over TONIGHT, Dec 7. Or any day after!!! Weekday evenings or weekends work best for us. Age not important just someone who really wants to play. Our band was together and gigging monthly for a decade until COVID… then apathy set in with our previous drummer. The rest of us are well experienced and open to play just about anything… always adding new songs. We want to create a new band from the ashes of the old, with equal input from each member, including a new drummer. The other 3 members (2 guitars and bass) all sing so you can sing if you want to, or not. Our current song list (open to your interest and input) is classic rock like the Dead, Dylan, Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, Jefferson Airplane, Blondie … to old blues, etc, etc? and some originals…. And we are NOT interested in performing covers like the original artists. We each put our own feel and spin into the songs to make them our own.
It’s really all about getting together, hanging and jamming, and seeing what happens. We’d like to get out gigging again so a commitment of playing at least once a week is something we’re looking for. We have a practice space set up with a drum kit, all we need is for you to show up with enthusiasm.
